These Notes Apply To All Refillable
Cartridges
1. Refill Often. Running out of
ink is a really bad deal. Most printers use the ink flow as a coolant for
the print head. Running out of ink can do permanent damage to the print
head.
1A. Refill often (does that sound
famliar ?) Refilling often reduces the possibility of air entering the
print head. This is a pesky problem with
Epson Printers in particular and at
times difficult to remedy.
2. Refillables must be used as a set you
can't replace standard cartridges on an as needed basis. Put the
whole the set in at once.
3. The air plugs have to be off for the
cartridges to function correctly but you need to keep the plugs for refill
purposes.
